3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
  • We accept UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, and COD (where available).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 48–72 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery times usually range from 4–10 days within India.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Exchanges & Refunds

  • No refunds. Exchanges only.
  • Exchanges are subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.
  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • We do not issue cash or online refunds under any circumstances.
  • If an item is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
