FlintEra – Exchange & Refund Policy
At FlintEra, every collection is carefully curated. To maintain fairness and product quality, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Exchange
- You need a different size or color.
- You changed your mind after purchase (style, fit, or feel).
Exchange Rules
- Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Processing time: 2–3 weeks after approval.
