2. Do you offer free shipping?

  • India: Shipping is free nationwide.
  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

  • No refunds. Exchanges only.
  • Exchanges are available under eligible conditions via our Exchange process.

4. What are the conditions for exchange?

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible.
